Question 24 and 25 in Application Form

Hi,

Iam claiming points(35 points) for my masters degree and received NARIC letter stating my masters is comparable to UK masters degree. My question is when filling the application form in Qualifications section I have checked question 24(selected master degree).

I am sending my NARIC letter also to HSMP team. So for Q25 do I need to check both options

Original award degree and Letter from UK professional body.

Then what is the difference between original academic certificate(checked in Q24) and Oroginal award certificate(checked in Q25).
