Covering letter

Hi ,

I have worked in 2 companies during the tax assesment period 2007 - 08 but the Earning points Iam claiming for 12 months are from current company. I received two form 16 one from each company.

Please advice if the below details are enough to include in covering letter.

As I have worked with two employers during the tax assessment period 2007-2008 and the ITR1 form (Income Tax Returns Acknowledgement form) shows the Gross earnings for the assessment year 2007-2008, Iam enclosing Form16 from 2 employers. But the past earnings shown are only from the current employer
