FLR Information Required

Hi,

I am holding a WP visa valid upto Dec 2008. i have applied for HSMP Approval and would like to know:

1. If i apply for HSMP FLR in Feb, from when do the 2 years start.
Do they start from when my WP ends or will they start from Feb.

If the 2 year starts from Feb, is there a way that I apply for FLR but request them to start it from a future date?

(I have to apply in Feb as i will be going back to India and it may happen that i dont come back in next 6 months)...

Hi

You would get FLR start when you send your passport to HO. The newHSMP FLR would supersede the WP FLR. They would not give you FLR post dated. If you want to delay HSMP FLR, better apply HSMP FLR late.
