How to Apply now?

Hi,

I want to apply for HSMP from Pakistan. I have read that Tier1 rules are coming into force by 29th Feb 2008. Should I apply as per existing requirements if I send my documents by 15th Feb?

Hi Saqib

If you are applying from Pakistan, the rules will not be implemented till mid this year. 29th Feb is the date for applying in-country applications. Best would be you complete all documentions then apply. Its better to be safe then feel sorry.
