Finally Got HSMP approval

Hi All,
I have finally got HSMP approval, thanks to all of you who helped me.my time line is as follows.

1. Feb 9 Sent the Docs thro DHL courier.
2. Feb-13 amount Debited from my Credit card
3. Feb-18 Got my reference no thro phone
4. Mar-17 HSMP approved.
5. Docs reached my place on Mar-26

I am planning to apply for EC after April 1st. Pls guide me in this .
I checked regading the changes is in the new tier 1 system regarding EC,but i am not very clear abt it pls advise.
My brother is in UK for the past 4 yrs, wht kind of letter docs should I get from him to show my accommodation proof.
Also I dont have any savings in my account.I am planning to take a personal loan , pls let me know if this is a good approach.
