Help needed in aplying FLR..

Guys,

i need some help in applying for FLR for my friend. He is working with me here in UK on WP from Januray 2008..When he was in india in december 2007 he aplied for HSMP claiming points against indian salary...then after he came to UK he got his HMSP Approval letter in end of january.

Now he wants to apply for FLR, what documents is required??..incase of payslips he wont be having one in UK since hes getting only allowances here in UK and salary payment in india..he can shw bank statements in UK where he deposits the alowance cheque that he get from his company..but hw much funds shd be there in account?

Seniors or people who had similar situation please help with detail like how to go about for FLR??.

Also if someone knws a reliable consultant who can help please send a PM..
