Earnings template - independant contractor

Hi,

I am going to apply for HSMP in few weeks and for that I sought guidance from this forum.

I am working as an Independent Contractor (Software Engineer).

On this page:

I saw an Excel sheet pertaining to the Earnings as an Independent Contractor:

I am not clear what to put in 'Net Dividends' and 'Gross Dividendts' field. Can anyone help me in this regard?
