What is going on with Gerry's Fedex and BHC in Islamabad?

Hi everyone,

The passport tracking system on Gerry's website got updated today for the first time ever since my application was submitted on 28th March, and shockingly, my husband was invited for interview on 8th May and we were not even informed! We call every single day for updates and they didn't even bother to tell us!

My husband visited the office and they said that they tried to call him many time but could not get through. They just refused to answer his questions when he said, why didn't you update your site? Or why didn't u tell me when I called you?! Typical...

I am so disgusted and frustrated! Now they are saying that BHC can take upto a MONTH to invite him for an interview, and in fact it could be longer, they don't really know! I don't know what to believe now, or what to do!

Has anyone been in this situation? Does it really take that long? I have written a complaint letter to BHC and Gerry's.
