Regarding payment

I have applied for hsmp, my application arrived at Doncaster on March, 30 and my credit card was debited on 01, April.
But today this transaction is not in my credit card bill. I have called visa and they told me probably it is because the Payment Handling Service team cancelled this transaction.

What is happening?

Also, I have considered the period between March 2003 and February 2004 for my past earnings. If they send back my application, can I send the same application again this month or must I send another application considering the period between April 2003 and March 2004 for my past earnings?

Is your credit card valid outside Brazil? In the past when the exchange controls were stronger, there were restrictions on certain credit cards, but this is probably no longer the case, n?o é?

You should probably not worry until more time has passed or they return your application. It's not unusual for delays in posting the transaction to the credit card accounts.

If they return the application, you should probably recalculate the earnings through March. Hopefully it won't come to that.
