Tenancy Agreement for EC

Post by Muzzy14 » Mon Jul 14, 2008 11:56 am

Dear All,

Could you please clarify for me, do I have to show Tenancy Agreement for Entry Clearance?
I have got valid HSMP letter, Maintenance 2800quids (account not falling below the minimum line-800gbp-for last 3 months). But if i don't have Tenancy agreement, what is the chance to be refused for EC?

Need your help. Thanking you in advance.

If you are not renting why do you need a tenancy agreement? What I mean is that if you can sufficient prove that you have a place to live then no problem at all.

Are you making an application from within UK or from outside UK? You are talking of EC and then saying that you're maintaining a minimum balance of 800 pounds (which is for in-country applicants only).

Post a query that makes some sense and others can understand what you are asking.
