Hi,
I have submitted my EC application 1 week back from Bangalore, India VFS.I have submitted the following docs and 'am wondering whether there is a problem in my EC application ...Please help me in assessing it.
1. Towards Prospectus jobs in UK:
I have submitted a letter saying that I hav't started applying for the jobs in UK and will do the same once i reach there. In order to show that my skill set is in demand I did attach couple of job postings from a job site mentioning the same along with the site name with my skill set highlighted. Also,i did attach the search results for my skill set. Do you feel that it will become grounds for my EC rejection???
2. Towards maintenance funds:
I have a personal loan and has mentioned that in the cover letter as well as produced the loan approval document from the bank. But during my maintenance period i had some inward transactions towards my account from my dad's account.I have submitted the proof as my dad's account statement and a letter from my dad stating that he has given me the amount for my initial days in UK.
Also i had a huge inward transaction from my dad's account for 2,00,000 INR which was received as an advance amount after renting out a property in my name. I have highlighted the transaction in my dad's account statement which is submitted as well as produced the original rent document attested by notary. Please note that I have not submitted the original property docs.Lemme know whether you feel that I will run into trouble with this or not. Also, note that i have properly maintained funds for 3 months.
3. My DOB is in Feb 1980 and has claimed 20 points for age:
Please note that i have submitted my initial HSMP application in Jan and at that time my age was 27 and was eligible for 20 points, but right now I’m 28 and will get only 10 points, but still have claimed 20 points in that section while filing my EC due to the above mentioned fact. My total points claimed apart from maintenance are 95 points (40 for prev earnings, 35 for qualification and 20 for age). Will this be grounds for EC refusal???
Eagerly awaiting your reply..
Thanks in advance,
