Hi all,
Can gratuity and ESOPs ( income from ESOPs) be included in the past earnings. Both are taxable.

Wait till March. In case your both these things are included in form 16 (april 2004- march 2005) first coluon, fine, show them, Else leave them. No confusion to you nether to hsmp people…
