hi guys,
am confused on my application when i went to hsmp site to read mantainance fund.as at d time i submitted my application around june before d new rules i was not having up to 2800pounds.Now,can anyone tell me may be am still under control because am still in my country and am still waiting for approval letter.

I do not know where you are applying from and different consulates/high commissions may have a different policy but here in New Zealand, applicants with HSMP approval letters do have to show that they have held the 2800GBP for three months (ie. they have adopted the Tier 1 test for HSMP applicants).

The maintenance funds requirement is a mandatory one for people applying for leave to enter / remain on basis of HSMP approval letters - irrespective of the country they live in.
