URGENT regarding WP and HSMP.

Hello All,
I am in UK on a work permit dependant status.My husband has come to UK on a WP sponsered by his company. that is on deputation to UK. I am currently getting job offers depending on the work permit dependant status.But currently my husband's work may be getting over and his company is planning to send him back.
I have two options:
1> to get a work permit either by getting sponsered.---- BUT ONCE I GET A JOB WILL ANY AGENCY SPONSER WP... CAN U TELL ME WHAT IS THE PROCESS.?
2> Asking my husband to apply for Tier 1 HSMP.

My concern is tht my husband has signed for a aggrement with his company for not changing his visa status.
Will his current company get to know if he applies for tier 1 and gets it approved?

Please avoid making duplicate posts, one as the husband and one as the wife. Even if you play one role and post your / your spouse's queries in one place, people will respond to your queries honestly.

An organization might sponsor a WP but I haven't heard of an agency sponsoring one. It is a two step process wherein the sponsoring compnay applies for a WP approval for you, and once WP is approved by UKBA you then apply for EC/LTR.

I would say there are equal chances of this happening and this not happening. If UKBA has any doubts regarding documentary evidence (related to previous earnings) submitted as part of Tier 1 application, they will be well-within their right to verify the details from the employing organization. If this happens (not suggesting this will happen, but it is better to be prepared for worst), your husband is going to have a hard time getting any references from his employer - references are crucial aspect of landing a job in UK. Not to mention any legal proceedings the organization may decide to take against your husband for breaching an employment contract (agreement).

I am afraid it is difficult for anyone other than you to answer the "How" because only you would know how to get things done in your organization. Maybe others who have gone through a similar situation can throw some innovative ideas.
