HSMP past earnings are mixed of 2 countries

Hi,

This is Anil from India. I am having 5 years of IT experince. I am planning to apply for HSMP. From 11-FEB-2008 to 15-07-2008 I was in UK with valid work permit(WP is sponsored by my employer).There I am getting 2200 pounds per month. Now I am getting Indian salry in india as 46000 INR.

If I start the applying for HSMP, I need to show past 12 months earnings.But , my earnings are mixed of 2 countries India and UK.

Please let me know How can show my past earnings while applying the HSMP.
