Can I Re-apply HSMP Once Again

Hi Gurus,
I am here in UK on my HSMP,
But I could not made any thing favour so for in UK since 4 months.
But I am getting some EU Calls,And I decided to go with them.

I am sure If I am out of UK for morethan 90 days ,I will face problem for my Extn of HSMP.

So I want to know can I apply for my HSMP Freshly once again,

early response wil be appreciated ...
