HSMP Dependant Visa Help Required

Hi,

I am on HSMP which I got last year. Now I am planning to call my wife to UK as HSMP depandant. Can some one please help me from PAKISTAN that what sections of VAF10 form she is require to fill. In Pakistan hsmp depandant form is VAF10. UR URGENT RESPONSE will be greatly appreciated.
