Going To Get married

Post by ksdhaliwal » Sat Oct 18, 2008 5:11 pm

Hi guys

First of all many thanks for having such a helpful forum. It indeed helped me to get me the HSMP first and then to switch to Tier 1. Now as the life progresses i am going to get married this december to my beloved. She got an Indian Passport and has got Permanent Residence for NewZealand and she is staying there for last 3 years. I couldnt find on the Home Office site what is the Best way to get her a Visa. The form section is also not working. I believe i have to get a dependant visa for her but which is the best place to apply for it, India or NZ.

Can you guys please help me out with this.

Kind Regards

Kanwar

Since she is a PR of NZ, she has to apply from NZ.

Also, the formalities are same as any other Indian passport holder (or even any other non-EU passport) and she has to apply the same dependants form and show prrof of maintenance funds.....

Hope it answers your question
