tier 1 to mis IT workers ??

I have read somewhere that tier 1 is going to get changed, and so IT is not going to a shortaged skill, and so the tier 1 applicants' visa is likely to b rejected... is it so ?

any new policies like this is planned ??

Where did you read from it ? Can you quote the source?
Apparently, these statements are panic drivers, we might have to be careful when posting them up.

"shortaged skill" is only important for Tier 2 and not Tier 1
