Applying from a different country..

Im currently at India.

Due to my work, I need to travel to Australia for 3 to 4 months. But I have planned to apply from Tier1 General and Im maintaining the funds properly here in india.

If I leave to australia in a month with a workers' visa- can I apply for Tier 1 from there ?

Maintainin the Funds will be difficult as I have to wait for 3 more months after reaching to au.

So can I submit the bank statement in india ) where Im maintaining the funds ? They hv mentioned that the statemtne must not be 7 days old. (i can take care this - I can ask my frnds to send the latest statement from the bank)

is this ok ? will they accept it ?

Also I dont have a degree... I have just completed my degree exams - rsults has come - consolidated mark sheets is there? as the degree is recong. by UK NARIC as UK Bachelors' degreee.... - will this be ok ?A
