cheque payment and bank statement

Hi,

I have two queries regarding the previous earnings.
first one:
To show the the previous earnings, I have a problem.My salary is given in cheque .I deposit the cheque in to the bank. I do have different dates i.e. cheque issued date is on the payslip and cheque deposit date on bank statement. Does it cause any problem?

Second one:
My bank statement is from 15th to 14th of the following month.i.e. 15th april to 14th May .....15th May to 14th June...etc.
some times i credit the cheque on 26th of the month and immediately following month i deposit on 5th of the next month.
This results in two payments in one statement and no payments in another statement. Does it cause any problem.

Does the description regarding the payment cause any problem?When I deposit the cheque, sometimes i do write description and sometimes not..
does this cause any problem?

Could you please answer my questions at the earliest possible?
