Switch from WP dependend to HSMP

Switch from WP dependend to HSMP

Hi hope that someone can please help me.

My partner is currently on a workpermit and working as a pastry chef.
I am his dependend on the workpermit.

I would like to know if it is possible for me to switch in country to an hsmp and then my partner(who os currently on wp) to be my dependend later on.

Can this be done in country?

As hsmp doesnt exist, I gues you mean tier1.

I meant tier 1.

would it be spossible to switch from dependend to hsmp?

any other suggestions perhaps?
