Did you provide the correct contact details for your employer?

are u in country or out of UK application ? because the BHCs are allowed to make one call, if they dont get positive reply and they "feel" there may be some doubt, they tend to reject.

I am not sure about in country process.

Appeal

Post by GajiniNMe » Tue Dec 30, 2008 4:55 am

Hi Friend,
The case is exactly applicable to me.
They couldn't verify my employement with one of my employers'.
I have applied for an appeal stating that only my MD is aware of my employement and all the other staffs are new to the concern.

I prepared my cover letter with the above context and gave my MD's personal cell number and mail ID.

But we cannot enclose any other 'additional' document with our appeal.
Only cover letter is accepted.

Thanks

Have you filed for appeal/review ?

Hi hoping that you are working for your appeal.

Since my case is exactly the same as yours, I am very much eager to know your review/appeal status.

Have you contacted your lawyer ?
Could you kindly reply me regarding this.

Thanks

I also have been declined the visa but given the appeal process due to funds. I also qualify under a different immigration category , not sure whether to appeal or apply under a different category....anyone have any ideas? I hav had no problem wth employers tho, if you pay tax and get a payslip they can find the employers company details.
