Bank statements - Salary

Everyone Hi again.

Please clarify one question: I have got dotmatrix printout of bank statements form ICICI which have been stamped and signed. I have also got a letter authenticating these statements. This is what the bank gave me:

To whomsovever it may concern

XXXXXX holds a savings a/c no XXXXX with ICICI bank Lt. and his a/c balance on 1/12/2007 was RS XXX and on 30/6/08 was Rs.XXX. Attached statement is duly authenticated by Branch.

This is on ICICI letter head. Please let me know if this is fine. Or should I get some other letter. My concerns

1) The letter doesn't have a date
2) language is not very formal e.g. the letter says a/c and not account.,
3) Letter says savings account, it was a salary account earlier but now due to job shift it is a savings account.

Please advice on whether I should get a new letter and which format should I follow.
