Kindly Assess if these documents are sufficient

Post by nitinaggarwalin » Fri Jan 09, 2009 12:09 pm

This is Nitin i am planning to apply for Tier 1 with in next 2-3 working days

I am providing you a little bit of my case details in order to understand my case.

I am an Employee with Birlasoft india and they have sent me on an assignment with Michael page here.
So they have shifted with on a Work Permit and In UK i am an employee with Birlasoft (UK) pvt ltd Currently I am getting my Indian salary and my UK allowances.(I pay no tax here)

Previously I was in UK on a business visa from June 29th 2008 to Oct 3rd 2008 and went back to India to come on a work permit

And from then onwards I am in the UK since Oct 14th 2008 on a work permit with my wife on a work permit dependent visa.

So I will be showing my Indian salary for the entire period of last 12 months and my UK salary for the period of Oct 14th to Nov 30th 2008 as I get my pay slips a month late in UK.

I want to show the salary from 1st Dec 2007 to 30th November 2008 I think that is fine?

This is because I have all my Indian salary slips signed and stamped for that duration.

Regarding the UK salary slip they are not signed and stamped but they are the regular pay slips that the company sends as hard copy and has the company’s name at the top. (though I would like you to testify if that will be fine)

Apart from that

I am submitting the following documents as proofs please verify if that is enough

1. Qualification.
a. Original Degree Certificate
b. Original Mark sheets
2. Maintenance Proof
i. HDFC Bank Statements. 3 months in original from INDIA (They are on white paper having the stamp and sign of the branch manager with this name and contact information mentioned) I can show that to you once I receive it as its on its way from INDIA.
Additionally I am trying to get the letter from the bank stating that there were enough funds in my account for that period.

3. Earnings Proof
a. UK
i. UK Pay slips. (I have only Oct and Nov slips available)
ii. UK Citi Bank Statements. (Will give original statement from bank)
b. India
i. Indian Pay slips. (I have all salary slips signed and stamped by company except December 08 salary slip )
ii. ICICI Bank Statements. Starting from Oct 30th 2007 to January 7th 2009 months in original from INDIA
(They are on white paper having the stamp and sign of the branch manager with this name and contact information mentioned) I can show that to you once I receive it as its on its way from INDIA.

4. Marriage Certificate original
5. Passport Mine & Spouse original
6. 2 Photos
a. My 2 Passport size (name at back)
b. Dependents 2 passport size (name at back)
7. Is Current Work Permit needed?
8. Any other document I must provide

9. Is the CV needed ? If yes is there any particular format for that?
10. What are the various forms I need to fill in order to submit the application. The one I am referring to is available at http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... onform.pdf
11 Can I just take the print out of the form and that is enough ?
12 Is there any other form which I need to fill or is this one enough.
13 What is an integra form where can I get it from is that needed too?

If there is any other thing I need to take care of or I have missed out?

Regards
Nitin Aggarwal

You have covered all (most) of the docs ... maybe u need to add/check...

1. Covering letter for your applicaiton
2. Covering letter for your dependent
3. PBS Assesment PDF generated from PB Calculator
4. Please check that the money credited in the bank vs on the payslip are exact if any discrepancy, put a covering letter explaining it..
5. check ur name's on all docs, vs passport name if too much different put a cover letter to expalin it...

Read through the forum, there are lots of info covered.. there will be minute tips very helpful.. spend some time on this forum before you submit the applicaiton..

And most imp thing is dont just believe me.. do ur own due diligence n wait for more expert coments..

good luck mate...
