Extension for initial application in Sep 2007

Extension for initial application in Sep 2007

Hi Guys...

Initial application was made in Sep 2007 under the new PBS. So the renewal is due in Sep 2009. Could someone let me know if the extension of this application will be considered under the present Tier 1 rules or will the old rules (2007) holds good for this extension?

Was just going through the news pages where HomeOffice are forcing in new and more stricter rules from 1st April 2009.
