Is Delhi Visa Office accepting Tier 1 applications

Hi All,

As the new visa rules have come..i wanted to check that the delhi visa office giving appointments for March. I hope they will be assessing on current rules..but I am worried that they are accepting applications on these current rules. Can anyone in the forum who knows about it please reply.

I dont think the new rules have come yet? (Experts please correct me if i am wrong) I have checked the bia website again and is not able to find any documentation for the same.. I think you should be fine if you apply under old/current rules.. but you need to be quick..

New rules and regulations will come into effect from 1st April. Till then you can apply based on current rule.

They should be accepting applications, no reason to halt.
