Working Holday to HSMP to Tier 1 + Maintenance...

Hiya

I came to the uk in 2006 on a Working Holday Visa. This was then switched to a HSMP in 2007. This is up for renewal in May 2009, an from here i will be applying for 3 years to remain under Tier 1.

Should there be very issues with the fact that i was on initally a WH Visa?

Also i have more than enough maintenance funds, but i also have a credit card and a personal loan. Are these taken into account when determining the maintenance component...?

Make sure that you're aware of all the changes in the system i.e. masters degree, minimum £20K salary etc etc

Evidence must be in the form of cash funds. Other accounts or financial instruments such as shares, bonds, pension funds etc, regardless of notice period are not acceptable.
