The original documentation to support your claims under attributes and controls for Tier 1 (General). Details are available from INF Leaflet 21 and the UKBA Policy Guidance. If the full original documentation is not received, the application will be refused.

Fill this according to your application and take print out of summary page.

Do we need to provide this for in-country applications? I didn't include this in my application package.
