how much time it takes for an ECO MANAGER to revew a case.

my case is not that complicated i applied for a enterprenuer catagory which was rejected on one main ground is that i have not diclosed a criminal offence in which i have been charged however i was never charged hence i made a correct answer. and i was awarded a 320 7a application of rules.

i made a subsequent application as of dependant of my wife who is still in uk.

now they have applied the rule 320 7b banning me 10 years

i now have provided them the Criminal record beaurow certificate in which it is clear that i was never charged

i also provided them with a barristers covering letter

please let me know as i have also filed my appeal in which case the home office has till 15th MAY to file any reply but my solicitors says the matters should be resolved in the rewiev as there are nothing against my case which should hold water in the court and the court appeal procedure is of 28 weeks .

do i have to wait that long or what should i do.
