Query Filling the application form VAF9 & pbsappendix1

hi pals,

I am sure even you all might have encountered few problems filling up the application form as the max field lengts are very less than required... could you pls let me know how you over came this???

If I opt to pen down the details, should it be in all capitals???

Yes, filling up the application online doesnt work. I filled up the application all in Caps. I am not sure if it is required to be on Caps. But I did.
