Imp queries on Tier 1. Please clarify !!!!

1) My company has been taken over by Oracle around one year ago. Now i have all the documents with oracle logo, and nothing as such reflects my old company. Do, i still need to mention in my cover letter about the take over.

2) I completed my MCA in 2005, however i applied my convocation in 2008 and got it in feb 2009, and the passing date on my convocation is 2008. So, what should i put as the duration of the course and the date of passing.

3)My payslips are generated by a third party called hrworkwaysindia.com. And the payslips are in pdf format with the oracle logo, do i still need to get my payslips stamped, asking cos the HR is not doing it. Can i give the website address in my cover letter and my login id and password, so that in case they want to verify, they can login and check themselves.

4)From next month only master degree is eligible, is MCA good to go on this front. And how much earning in rupees we need to show for 20,000 pounds. My salary is 6,00,000 gross per annum. As per the new rules how many points do i get with 6 lakhs gross. It would be great if somebody can tell me how do we calculate points.

You are an employee of Oracle now. if all your documents reflect Oracle..you dont have to worry about your old one .

Please verify what your certificate says. I would put the dates that refelct on my certificate

I dont think so. They should be fine. Ask him for a letter saying that you are their employee from so and so date to tilldate

I dont think thats a good idea.

One more doubt.

1) The forms that am using are: Application form VAF9 - PBS Migrant and PBS Appendix 1 General Migrant self assessment form form the website http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/howtoapply/vafs/ , pls confirm if this is the correct form. This can be edited on the computer. Can i fill it on my pc and then take a print out or i need to fill it with Pen. Do i need to take a color printout or a black and white is good enough.

I would put it as 2008.. or the date mentioned on the degree..

you can always mention the reason (delay in convocation) on the cover letter.

Please clear my confusion about the forms in the link mentioned above and about the date i should mention in the Year of award field.

Also if MCA can be used for the master degree starting next month.

How many points i should score starting next month new rule if my gross is 6,00,000 lakhs per annum.
