Payslips - Company letterhead and signed BUT NO STAMP

Post by bennyhand » Tue Mar 24, 2009 8:42 pm

Hi everyone,

My company distributes our payslips online (to save paper) so I have printed out copies on Company Letterhead and have had my HR department sign them. However my company does not use an official company stamp! Is this going to be a problem?

Thanks in advance.

You can ask your employer to write a letter giving details of your gross salary/ deduction/ net salary in a tabular form, and also to say that the company is not using an official stamp. This letter along with your signed pay slips and bank statements should serve your purpose.

I dont think a letter is required from the company stating ur gross and net income. Just your payslip and 12 month bank statement is enough for this.

You dont need to worry as your payslip is on the original stationary, you dont need need any sign and stamp.

Hope that helps man...
