New Dependent Application - Error in Payment datail page

If both main applicant and dependant applicant apply Tier 1 at same time , in same envolope it is free of charge

But In payment details section if the application is Free of Charge then
Complete A2-A8 then go to part B

But section A8 shows "Please select the method of payment from the list below"
If dependant app is free is charge when why should we fill A8..

any suggestions please..it doesnt make any sense

R you sure.. i think it says..

Exempt from payment - Complete A2-A7 then go to A21
