Hi Guys,

Thanks to everybody. I have received my approval on 20th April 2005 after intitial rejection.

First Application -- First week of October 2004.
Rejection letter dated November 19, 2004
Rejection letter received at home on 31st January 2005.

Applied for free review on February 17, 2005.
Again applied for paid application on 19th March , 2005.
Received Home office on 21st March, 2005.
RECEIVED APPROVAL ON 20th April, 2005.

I thank Zahib and Shoaib Zaved for their support. They have given me all the support.

This site was very much useful for getting approval. Without this site, this would not have been possible. For any quiry/doubts come up during the documation time, I look up to this site for information. Thanks to immigrationboards.com and its administrators.

congratulations and I hope you must be relieved now? Could you explain more what changes you made in your appeal and what you think could have contributed to the approval after the first rejection?

Cheers.

hi,

Thanks to both of you.

My application was rejected because they awarded only 25 points instead 35 points for senior level experience. In total I got 60 points.

I sent a free application, since it is going to take a lot of time, I again sent a paid application. I think the free application was not considered as new paid application automatically cancels the free application.

In the new application I elaborate the org. chart and stressed more on managerial experience and number of people working under me.
