A couple of questions

Post by aaa123 » Sat Apr 25, 2009 10:47 pm

Hi,

Could someone please reply to following queries I have:

1. My passport shows my name as:

Akram (first) Wajahat (father's name), but it does not show my surname (Qureshi). But my degrees and bank statement etc. show my name as full i.e. Akram Wajahat Qureshi, IS THAT GOING TO BE A PROBLEM!!!

2. I have been asked to leave UK (but was not removed) due to rejection of work permit application. Later on my out of country work permit application was approved and I got the visa from my country while explaining the full situation to High commission. No developments since then. Is that going to be a problem!!!!?

Thanks for replies in advance.

What is your current status and are you applying for Tier-1 now?

A notarized undertaking in your case will do the trick. One important proof will be your name on the work permit+passport and name on the salary stubs provided by your wp sponsor.

As most of your documents carry your full name, it will be a good idea to get the entry in your passport corrected from high commission in UK.

I take it, it is just a matter of choice :!:

Could you address the second query as well.

Many thanks.

What do you mean when you say "No developments since then"? If you now have a valid work permit you should not be worried about anything at all, when you apply for Tier-1.
