HSMP extention - Earnings Section through Comapny account

I have HSMP extension in July 2009.

Now I’m working as a contractor in UK and I have my own billing company. I’m getting billing amount into my company.

I’m running payroll for nominal amount. The earnings showed in payslips are not enough to extend my HSMP.

Can you please clarify the below points:

1. Can I show the total amount earned in last 12 months and credited in to my company bank account under earnings section.
2. Is it possible to show both Payslips (payroll running for nominal amount) and amount earned through my business account (invoiced through company)

Rakesh,

You cannot show your company's income as yours. If you are taking dividends from your company then you can provide payslips (with nominal salary)+dividend vouchers+letter from your accountant confirming the net amount of dividends along with your personl bank statement.
