Typical Condition need some adivse from members ...

Post by max909 » Sat May 07, 2005 10:22 am

[I had previously posted , this is in continuation]

Hi All, Before proceeding here is a look at my case:

1) Application Recieved on 21 June 2004.
2) Sent Extra Docs in Dec 2004
3) Sent some more extra docs in Jan 2004.
4) Application refused on 15 April 2005
6) Recieved the complete documents on 28 April 2005.

Reason 1) They awarded me less points for My MS. The equilated it to their Bachelors.
2) My Experience was found in sufficent. The points that i calimed were not proved with the documented evidence that i provieded.

Now I am going to re-apply instead of asking for a review. Just need to ask the following question from you all.

1) Now as i am macthing their salary criteria, i will be claiming the points in this area also.
2) Should i go for the same experience and ask the same points. They have rejected previously as the evidence i provided didnt proved what i said.
3) Or should i claim for lesser level for experience. This will conflict as i claimed for Experience points previosly were higher then the current appeal.
4) What doc evidence they require for claiming points for Salary? any one from Pakistan can give a better idea
5) Any from Pakistan who got points on MS Degree please PM me.
6) Any suggestions and feedbacks are also welcomed.

Thanks,

bani

Experience Points - It's ok to claim less this time, just what they awarded you. If you want to claim the original points, make sure you have added documentation/proof. Without it, I'm afraid you'll get the same result.

Earnings Points - tax return is very important. also include salary sliip, letter from employer, bank statements.
