Minimum time in UK for extension

Post by fabio-p » Tue May 10, 2005 9:31 pm

Hi guys,

I am flying to UK on July, 16 based on my HSMP, but my HSMP start date is April, 26.

As I read in this forum some months ago, to apply for 3 years extension, I must be lived at least 75% of first year in UK. It is OK to apply for 3 years extension on April 2006.

What happens if I spend some weekends abroad? For instance, if I go abroad one weekend a month. Will this time be considered as part of 75% or not?

Thanks in advance,

Fabio.
