COver letter info required !

Hi All,

I need advice regarding cover letter regarding HSMP extension !

What should be included in that.

Do it include contact details of all employers ?? or should be seperate paper !

every section should have paper indicating details inside

like EDUCATION - on white paper and next sheet degree is there then PAST EARNING !!

I have issue with payslip and bankstatment they are not corrobrating ! should i raise this issue in covering letter.

Please give me any format you have !

regarding the salary discripency.. the best way to go is get a letter from ur company explaining the discripency.. though u also need to expalin the same in ur cover letter.. goodluck
