I intend to extend from HSMP - Tier 1 in UK.

Kindly advice if my Leave (holiday) pay paid to me within the 12 months period I intend to claim be accepted as part of my Gross income by HO?

Yes. As long as you were well within your legal rights to work during the period nothing stops you from claiming points for the same, in my opinion.

ya that income is claimed as your gross income because all the income which is taxed is come under gross income category and holiday is usually taxed.
