12 months earning and Accomodation clarification

Hi Guys,



Background:
I got independence from my past work on 15th August 2008 and joined a University in UK in 23 September 2008. I have been in UK now as a student since then. I will be completing my education in september 09 and applying for a Visa later. But I am gradually starting to collect all the documents necessary.

Would be great if somebody can please clarify following for me,

1. 12 months previous earnings:-

I understand, in my case, I need to furnish 12 months before commencement of my education. As I resigned on 15th Aug 08, I do not want to show my 15 days earnings (as my salary,as it will make my total earnings in last 12 months less). Can I just provide my salary slips and bank statements for following months

08: Jul, Jun, May, Apr, Mar, Feb, Jan
07: Dec, Nov, Oct, Sep

Or Do I HAVE TO produce until 15 - August -08 ?


2. Do I have to provide my resignation/settlement letter as well to confirm that, I did resign on 15-Aug-08?

3. Accomodation in UK:

I will be applying from with in UK, do I still need to produce any accomodation proof.. may be my rental agreement until my Student VISA expiry date ?

You can only and should submit 12 or less than 12 consecutive months(if u have enough points to qualify for earnings) in the LAST 15months...

if u are applying today on 7th July 09.. you can take in consideration the earnings from April 2008 - June 2009 any 12 consecutive months in this period.. so ur Jan feb mar 08 is not valid months...

Not required..

3. Accomodation in UK:

No not required.. u can enclose watever accomidation proof u have at the time of application but i dont think it is mandatory..
