Is distance or part time post graduation in uk valid for tier 1 application? Also,is executive mba or distance one is considered by homeoffice?

Did you check your qualification on the UKBA points calculator??

Correspondence course are considered by HO. You need to check whether your university is recognised or not by NARIC. Also check PBS list.
