quick question re: fees

Post by chamelion » Thu Jul 23, 2009 7:31 pm

hey guys,

i am currently here on hsmp which i received back in '07. i am now in the process of applying for tier 1.

can you confirm whether i'm supposed to pay the £820 standard fee or do i count as an hsmp transitional arrangement for £400?

another question, in section 3 would i be doing:
"an initial grant of leave to remain under tier1 general"
or
"an extension of leave within tier 1?"

my initial answer was initial grant to remain as i don't have tier 1, but the other question tells me to go to part c which states if i'm currently here under HSMP which i am...

thanks!

1. £820+£50 additional if any dependent.
2. An extension of leave within tier-1.
