Implication Of 320 7b Rejection

Post by sohelmodi » Sat Aug 15, 2009 12:27 am

Hi Guys,

I understand the section 320 7b refusal means that the person cannot enter the UK for 10 years.

But I want to understand what implications this ban wuld have on applications made to another country.

The US and Europe in particular.

Any thoughts or experience are wellcome.

Thanks!

A ban may be up to 10 years.

I think that it would also depend on the country that you were applying to go to and the reasons for the ban in the UK.
