Hello,
I am submitting the following evidence
Previous Earnings:
- 12 months bank statements from HSBC.
- Payslips
Maintenance Funds:
- Letter from Bank from HSBC (since there is no statement available for Fixed Deposit - bank statements available for only savings account)
Context:
(a) HSBC says that all monthly personal bank statements for a period exceeding the immediate past 6 months can be printed only in Chennai (India). They are printed on official bank stationery and meets all the criteria specified.
(b) HSBC has provided a letter for the combined funds maintained and has been printed on the branch letter head / official stationery at Bangalore (India) . It is printed on official bank stationery and meets all the criteria specified.
The format and appearance of (a) and (b) are totally different despite being issued by the same bank and meeting all the criteria.
I have planned to obtain a letter from HSBC about the difference in format although I'm doubtful of being humoured!
My questions regarding the bank documents:-
Are different formats for 2 sets likely to create any problems?
What could be the objection raised leading to rejection?
If HSBC refuses to provide such a letter, what do you think are my chances if I proceed with what I have?
Any other solution?
Looking forward to suggestions & comments & solutions.
Nona
P.S:- Besides the above documents that I have requested for, to substantiate the "Previous Earnings" I already have in my possession the electronic bank statement colour printouts meeting all the criteria - bank logo, name, stamp and sign by bank and a letter substantiating that the electronic bank statements are authentic. But I understand from other posts in this forum that this option is suitable only for "Online accounts". As a result these are not valid, right? Hence I have placed request for bank statements.
