Report Report depends on where you live. In London, you can file a report for Lost passport. There is Police Station near Chancery lane Tube Station which take report. The only thing you need to do it get the format from your embassy and use it to file report. You may want to call the police station again. I find it strange that they wont allow you to file lost/stolen passports (from any country).
