Hours of work?

Post by Dasavathar » Wed Aug 26, 2009 3:54 pm

Hi,

I have a doubt regarding, hours of work...

The legal hours of work is 48hrs per week in UK...But I worked more than this and now getting eligibility for the previous earining criteria..

Is it OK?

Yes. People do have to work over times sometimes(or if they chose to). Earnings through overtime can also be used for previous earning criteria.

That should be fine... in my case income from my OT was counted towards the HSMP salary calculations....
