I am going through the application and assessment forms and I cannot see a page for "representative declaration".

This is for an application make outside of the UK.

Can someone please direct me to this or the alternative to use.

Can you be more specific..

u say application outside UK.. but ur location is UK.. so is this application for UR dependent or UR Main applicant friend who is outside UK or atleast give the link u r talking abt..

I had to move back to my country early this year. I am now applying for the Tier 1 HSMP visa and I might be using a representative from here.
I thought there was a form on the application for representative to sign?
