Appeal allowed

Post by karthik_aps » Sun Sep 06, 2009 4:43 pm

My Tier 1 (general) appeal was allowed and the Home office didnt appeal against the Judge's decision. What are the next steps? Do i need to contact the home office to send my passport for stamping?

I got my answer. The home office didn't contact me at all. I wrote a letter to the Sheffield office along with a photocopy of my appeal results. A week later I received a letter from Sheffield office asking me to send my passport along with two photographs. After sending them, I received my passport with Tier 1 stamped. I waited four months for them to contact me but they didn't. So guys please try to contact them if you don't receive any reply from home office within two months of your appeal results.
